LICENSE AGREEMENT

Fortune Hill, Inc. the woldwide publisher of Anim@X/G-Tool grants you, a single user, non-exclusive license to use the images in this package according to the following terms:

All the images are royalty-free for your personal or professional use. The images can be used on presentations, web designs, advertisements, any internet/intranet use, collateral material, e-zines, etc., provided the primary value of the product you are making is not an image from Anim@X/G-Tool. As an example, a web site featuring our images would be prohibited since the value of the website comes largely from the images. Further, you are not allowed to give away, lend, lease, or resell any of the images.

This CD-ROM contains valuable property belonging to Fortune Hill, Inc. and the individual photographers who created the images. Fortune Hill, Inc. images are protected under the copyright laws of the United States, as well as International copyright laws and must not be violated.
